Our long established Service & Maintenance Department provides 24 hour cover to all our warranty and service contract customers. Our Service Manager is always on hand to respond to any service and maintenance requests. We offer boiler servicing, heating, maintenance, plumbing maintenance, solar and unvented hot water servicing and landlords certification to comply with current government legislation. All of our services can be offered on an individual basis or as part of an annual service contract arrangement.

We do not have a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Because we understand all customers are different our service contracts are flexible, cost effective and can be tailored to your exact requirements.

All our service vehicles are fitted with a tracking system so we can provide customers with accurate and timely information on appointments and waiting times. All our engineers are fully qualified to meet current industry legislation and carry a wide range of spare parts and cleaning apparatus to be able to resolve most issues on first visit. Every engineer will give as much attention to mending the repair as to leaving the work area clean and tidy. Not only do we meet the minimum warranty requirements for new installations, but this department is exclusively focused on ensuring the very best after sales service.
