Scope of works:
To provide the Mechanical Infrastructure including the Boosted Water System with ABS distribution pipework. Dry Risers to accommodate this multi storey building, and the cast iron drainage to car parking. Each apartment installed with 'heating via radiators fed by heat stations connected to the district heating system. 'Pod bathrooms' installed together with domestic hot and cold water system.
